/Project Overview
This project involved designing a seamless mobile interface for customers to book test drives and Request a Quotation. The primary goal was to convert web traffic into showroom visits through a frictionless user.
Problem Statement
The original test drive booking process was a lengthy, single-page form that caused a high drop-off rate, especially among mobile users. Users felt overwhelmed by the amount of information required upfront, leading to a friction-filled experience.
Design Solution
- Multi-step Approach: “Dividing the form into three logical steps (Vehicle > Details > Showroom) to reduce cognitive load and make the task feel more achievable.”
- Mobile-First Precision: “Designed with a focus on thumb-friendly interaction areas and high-contrast typography to ensure readability on various mobile devices.”
- Visual Guidance: “Incorporating a clear progress indicator to manage user expectations and provide a sense of accomplishment as they move through the flow.”
