/Project Overview
As part of the digital transformation for Nissan’s mobile platform, I designed a streamlined Price List and Model Discovery interface. The goal was to transform a complex data table into a user-friendly, interactive catalog.
/Key UX Solutions:
- Simplified Data Visualization: Breaking down technical specifications into digestible visual cards.
- Optimized Conversion Path: Placing clear CTAs (Call to Action) for ‘Test Drive’ and ‘Download Brochure’ directly within the price cards to shorten the user’s decision-making funnel.
- Responsive Precision: Ensuring that high-resolution car imagery and pricing details remain legible across all mobile screen sizes.
Pain Point
- Redundant Navigation: Multiple pages served overlapping purposes, making it difficult for users to compare information across different car models.
- Information Silos: Users were unable to compare pricing and features across all grades in a single view, hindering the decision-making process.
- Complex User Journey: Navigating the site felt like a “long journey,” leading to potential friction and drop-offs before reaching the final booking stage.
- Lack of Comparative Clarity: Users struggled to see cross-model details side-by-side to help them evaluate upgrades.
Solution
- Centralized “Model Price List”: Developed a unified entry point that serves as a clean, comprehensive hub for all pricing and model data.
- Cross-Grade Transparency: Designed a comparative UI that displays all grades and specifications clearly, encouraging users to consider higher-value upgrades.
- Streamlined Decision Path: Reduced the number of clicks required to reach key conversion points (KBA/Explore), creating a more efficient and persuasive user journey.
Strategic Flow Mapping: This journey maps the transition from a user’s initial price inquiry to Key Business Actions (KBA). By positioning the “Model Price List” as a central hub, we reduce friction and guide users toward dealership contact or deeper model exploration faster.
